Stephanie Rubenstein

Stephanie Rubenstein has extensive experience in operations and consulting within the healthcare and hospitality industries. As the Director of Franchise Operations at barre3 from September 2015 to September 2017, Stephanie oversaw franchise operations and previously served as the Operations Manager for corporate-owned studios. Stephanie has been an Independent Consultant at Rodan + Fields since February 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Manager at Resort Supply, Inc. and Senior Manager at Ernst and Young, specializing in healthcare consulting for large hospital systems. Stephanie began her career as a Project Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder.
