Mario Welsh Ad.e.

Mario Welsh, Ad.E., is the Managing Partner for the Quebec office at BCF Avocats d'affaires, specializing in various areas of law including construction law, civil and commercial litigation, environmental litigation, and alternative dispute resolution since February 2014. Welsh has also served as President of the Compensation Fund at the Barreau du Québec since 2006 and holds the title of Fellow at the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers since 2014. Additionally, Welsh is an active member of the executive committee of the Canadian Bar Association's Quebec Division, focusing on construction law. Educational credentials include a Civil Law Degree (LL.L) from Université de Montréal, completed in 1983, and admission to the Barreau du Québec in 1984.
