Matthew Gogna

Matthew Gogna is an experienced Risk Manager currently advocating for small businesses at BBSI since February 2020. Previously, Matthew held significant roles in safety and environmental management at companies such as FedEx Supply Chain, Starbucks, Reckitt Benckiser, Kerry Group, and Unilever, demonstrating expertise in workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental management systems. Notable achievements include leading successful safety programs resulting in millions of hours without incidents, reducing worker’s compensation costs significantly, and implementing bilingual training to enhance safety and quality. Matthew holds multiple advanced degrees in International Relations and Occupational Safety from institutions including Golden Gate University and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
