Emily Szaferski

Emily Szaferski is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in family law, currently serving as a Partner at Barrett McNagny LLP since 2013. Emily specializes in legal matters related to dissolutions, adoptions, paternity issues, custody disputes, child support, and guardianships, including various forms of adoptions such as private, agency, and foster adoptions, as well as international adoption finalizations. Prior to this role, Emily practiced as an Attorney at Burt, Blee, Dixon, Sutton & Bloom, LLP from 2003 to 2013. Emily holds a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Robert H.
