Beatrice Dewandre

Beatrice Dewandre is a seasoned expert in cultural and human transformation, with over 25 years of experience. Since October 2001, Beatrice has served as a Global Partner Faculty at the Barrett Values Centre, specializing in cultural transformation projects using a proven methodology that has benefited over 3,000 organizations worldwide. Additionally, from January 1995, Beatrice has led Béatrice Dewandre & Partners, focusing on human and cultural transformation through various interventions, including leadership development and team coaching. As a founding partner of Cultural Transformation Partners since October 2018, Beatrice collaborates with diverse experts to tailor transformation efforts. Previous roles include Founder and Managing Partner at Sensing (2009-2015) and Managing Partner at the Consulting Group (1998-2008), along with earlier experience in notable consulting firms. Beatrice holds degrees in Political and Social Sciences from Université catholique de Louvain and in entrepreneurship from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
