Carlo Fontana Giusti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, organizational behavior, and cultural transformation. As the Founder of Facilitation Zone since September 2011, Carlo focuses on helping organizations maximize their performance and well-being. Current roles include Transformational Faculty and Executive Coach at Mobius Executive Leadership and Partner and Certifier at Barrett Values Centre, where Carlo enhances awareness of cultural transformation management. From 2006 to 2019, Carlo served as an Affiliate Professor at ESCP Business School, delivering executive education on various organizational topics. Previous experience includes counseling as a specialist in Art Therapy, consulting at McKinsey & Company for leading businesses, and military service as a Lieutenant at GUARDIA DI FINANZA. Carlo's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and certifications in coaching and art counseling.
