Global Faculty Partner And Trainer at Barrett Values Centre

Ingunn Vagstein is an experienced professional in the fields of strategy, change management, and cultural integration, currently serving as a Global Faculty Partner and Trainer at Barrett Values Centre since March 2020. Vagstein co-founded ViiB in September 2017, partnering with Inger Beate Botheim. Prior roles include Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2012 to September 2017, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Change Management Team in Oslo and overseeing strategy and organizational development. As a Senior Manager at PwC, focus areas included leadership coaching and HR consultancy. Vagstein also served as a Senior Advisor at ECgroup, contributing to international energy and environment projects, and co-founded RettØst AS, promoting cross-cultural knowledge for Scandinavian businesses in Eastern Europe. Additionally, Vagstein was a Project Leader for the Norwegian Red Cross, focusing on refugee and immigrant integration. Academic qualifications include an MA in Social Anthropology from the University of Oslo and a further study at Babes-Bolyai University.
