Jan Beyen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2002, Beyen worked as a Researcher at Luon. In 2004, Beyen joined Executive Research as a Team Lead/Consultant, where they were responsible for operational fine-tuning and leadership of a junior team. In 2006, Beyen became a Senior Consultant at Phuso, specializing in HR consulting and design. In 2008, Beyen founded Connect Human Capital, a HR consultancy company focused on creating an open organizational culture with shared leadership. Beyen held the positions of Founder, Director, and CEO at Connect Human Capital until 2021. Beyen also worked at Barrett Values Centre as a Co-founder and at SCiO as a Director. Currently, Beyen is the Founder of Valuethrough, focusing on simplifying complexities and finding talented employees. Throughout their career, Beyen has emphasized lifelong learning, personal development, and conscious organizational growth.
Jan Beyen earned their Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KU Leuven, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In 2013, they pursued a Master practitioner NLP degree at Arcturus, which they completed in 2015. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a certification as an NLP Master from Arcturus - instituut voor NLP en Communicatie. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Flanders Business School - FBS and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. In August 2015, they also acquired a certification from Barrett Values Centre.
