Kathleen Seeley

Kathleen Seeley is the CEO and Founder of Massively Human Leadership™, a position held since October 1996, where focus is placed on enhancing employee engagement through values-driven leadership development and creating sustainable cultures. In addition to this role, Kathleen serves as a Trainer Partner for CTT Practitioner at Barrett Values Centre, Adjunct Faculty for the e-Co Leadership Coaching Certification program at GW Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, and as a Training Partner for Jack Canfield Companies. Since July 2022, Kathleen has also held the position of C-Suite Network Executive Leader at The C-Suite Network, which supports growth and networking for C-Suite executives. Previously, Kathleen was an Associate Faculty Member at Royal Roads University from 2012 to 2015, specializing in the Masters Certification for Values Based Leadership program. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Organizational Coaching from The University of British Columbia, a Master's Certification and a Master's degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Lethbridge.
