Katrin Oppermann-Jopp

Katrin Oppermann-Jopp is the Founder and CEO of Empatrust Consulting & Academy GmbH, a position held since May 2022. With extensive experience in consulting and education, Oppermann-Jopp has been the Geschäftsführerin und Inhaberin of Oppermann Consulting GmbH since January 1995, in addition to roles as an author and freelance journalist, with a notable book published in 1995. Since July 2019, Oppermann-Jopp has served as a licensed consultant for the Personality Profiler at LINC GmbH and has been associated with the Barrett Values Centre as a licensed consultant focusing on values-oriented organizational development since July 2015. Additionally, Oppermann-Jopp has been teaching mindfulness and MBSR practices since September 2008 and is a licensed consultant for the Power Potential Profile as of August 2007. Oppermann-Jopp holds a degree in Social and Educational Sciences from Universität Siegen.
