Lisa Doig is the Director and Founder of Corporate Evolution Pty Ltd, specializing in leadership development and culture transformation since November 2002. With extensive expertise in culture diagnostics, executive team alignment, and transformational facilitation, Lisa also serves as a Trainer for Barrett Values Centre, focusing on corporate transformation tools. Prior experience includes roles as an External Facilitator of Transformation at McKinsey & Company, where Lisa designed and facilitated global programs for leadership teams, and as Director at PetroMarketing Australia Pty Ltd, which involved marketing consultancy for the oil and gas sector. Lisa's career began in the European offices of IHRDC and Radian Corporation, where significant contributions were made to training and market establishment. Academically, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Washington University in St. Louis and completed a junior year at Goldsmiths, University of London.
