Zdenka Studena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at FLEXJOBS CZ since May 2015, Zdenka advocates for flexible company cultures that enhance performance. Concurrently, Zdenka is a Certified Enthusiast at the Barrett Values Centre, emphasizing the importance of values in organizational actions. Previous roles include Head of People at ROI Hunter, Global HR Director at Molson Coors, HR Director at Pivovary Staropramen, and Global Rewards Director at StarBev, among others. Zdenka holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the Technical University of Liberec and has furthered education in leadership at Antwerp Management School.
