Barrett, Woodyard & Associates, Inc. (BW&A) was founded by Michael S. Barrett, P.E. and Charles L. Woodyard, Jr., P.E. to provide high-quality mechanical and electrical engineering services in the fields of LEED Certification, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, process piping, lighting design, power distribution, energy modeling, automatic controls, energy management, and life safety systems. BW&A has been an integral part of design teams on projects from a single-bay retail through high-rise office and hospitality spaces.
