Jonathan Gronow

Jonathan Gronow, CPC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and financial management. As the Owner of Gronow Consulting & Coaching since June 2024, Jonathan provides expert guidance to small businesses in financial analytics, operational strategy, organizational design, and human capital development. Previously, Jonathan served as Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Operations at Barrette Outdoor Living from January 2013 to the present. Earlier roles include Executive Vice President and Director of Finance at Railing Dynamics, Inc. from March 2003 to December 2012, and Financial Analyst at Dialight from June 1999 to February 2003. Jonathan holds credentials from iPEC Coaching as a Certified Professional Coach, and has completed training at Dale Carnegie and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, earning the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant from 1991 to 1996.
