Detlev Lieberz

Detlev Lieberz has extensive work experience in the field of clinical affairs and trial management. Detlev is currently serving as the Associate Director of Clinical Affairs at Intrinsic Therapeutics GmbH, where they are responsible for project and study management activities in the GSA region. Prior to this, Detlev worked at Intrinsic Therapeutics Inc. as a Clinical Manager, overseeing the day-to-day management of clinical trials and leading a team of trial team members. Detlev also served as the Lead CRA Europe, providing oversight and guidance to field monitors and sites. Detlev has previous experience as a Lead CRA at the Institute For Research in Operative Medicine (IFOM) and as a Feasibility Executive at SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. Detlev has also held CRA roles at XCell-Center GmbH and Global Research Services GmbH. Detlev began their career as a Study Nurse at Focus Clinical Drug Development GmbH, where they worked for almost a decade.

Detlev Lieberz obtained a Technical Diploma (advanced technical college entrance qualification) from Technical College Trier, Germany in 1981. Detlev then went on to earn a Government certified Nurse degree from Protestant Elisabeth Hospital Trier, Germany from 1986 to 1989. In 1994, they received a Government certified Qualified Nurse for Intensive Care and Anaesthesia degree from Heinrich Heine University Hospital Düsseldorf, Germany. Finally, they completed a Bachelor Professional of Health and Social Services (CCI) degree at Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Mönchengladbach, Germany from 2003 to 2005.
