Abby Holewinski has worked in the clinical research field since 2015. Abby began their career as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Washington University School of Medicine in 2015. In 2018, they moved on to become a Senior Professional Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Denver. In 2019, they were hired as a Clinical Research Associate at Obalon Therapeutics. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Clinical Research Manager and Clinical Research Manager at GID BIO, Inc. Most recently, they are working as a Clinical Project Manager at Biolinq.
Abby Holewinski obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General, and Psychology from Colgate University between 2007 and 2011. Abby then obtained a M.S. Nutrition, Dietetic Internship in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Saint Louis University between 2012 and 2015. In September 2015, they obtained a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In October 2021, they obtained a Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA\u00ae) certification from the ACRP - Association of Clinical Research Professionals.

Biolinq develops a wearable biosensor platform that is capable of measuring blood level information. Under the leadership of Jared Tangney and Josh Windmiller, Biolinq is redefining how biomedical innovations can be imagined and commercialized. While conducting his post-doctoral research at the University of California, San Diego in the laboratoryfor NanoBioElectronics, Josh saw the potential to bring nanotechnology to the medical world. Combining forces with Jared, a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, the two saw the opportunity to bring their minimally-invasive technology to the diabetes space. Finally, people with diabetes will have a better CGM experience that is not only more affordable but also pain-free.
