Kyriacos Spentzos is an experienced professional in the medical device industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Academic & Distribution Development at Intrinsic Therapeutics, Inc. since December 2011. In this role, Kyriacos oversees global strategic market access and commercialization efforts for a proprietary Annular Disc Prosthesis, and presents quarterly to the Board of Directors. Prior to this, Kyriacos was the Founding Partner and Managing Director of Orthomedical SA from 1997 to 2011, where leadership in innovative technologies was recognized, along with the establishment of multiple business units and extensive distribution agreements. Earlier experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson as a Professional Education Manager and Product Sales Manager from 1993 to 1996. Kyriacos holds a Master's Degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College.
