The executive team at Barrier Free Living has a history of working in social service organizations and being educated in social work and theology. They have worked as an associate director at Project Outward Bound, associate chaplain at St. Alban's School, and associate rector at Church of the Holy Trinity. They have also been educated at Hunter School of Social Work and General Theological Seminary.
