Geoffrey D'hier has extensive experience in the casino industry. Geoffrey began their career at JOA Casinos Jeux en Ligne Loisirs in 2008, starting as a Controleur aux entrées chargé de la sécurité before moving up to various roles such as 1er Assistant technique, Membre du comité de direction Resp MAS - Sécurité, and Directeur des Jeux. Geoffrey joined Barrière in 2018 as a Managing Director, where they were responsible for the general management of the establishment. In this position, they oversaw the operations of the casino, including the management of gaming tables, slot machines, and electronic roulette systems. Geoffrey also supervised the Gala room, Barriere Salon, and the Brummell Club discotheque.

Geoffrey D'hier's education history includes obtaining a Baccalaureat littéraire degree from Lycée du Vimeu, specializing in English with a reinforcement in the English language from 2004 to 2006.
