Prior to this role, Ricky was the General Superintendent of Asphalt Operations at Barriere Construction Company, LLC from January 2015 to February 2021. Ricky's career in the construction industry began at Boh Bros. Construction Co., LLC as a Senior Superintendent from July 1995 to December 2014. Additionally, Ricky held the position of Paving Foreman at Barriere Construction from May 1993 to June 1995 and at Huey Stockstill Inc. from March 1991 to May 1993.
