Nadia Dajani, P.Eng, PMP has held various roles in different companies such as The Barrington Consulting Group, Dalhousie University, Canada Post Corporation, ExxonMobil Canada, and Pratt and Whitney. With a background in Industrial Engineering and a strong focus on process improvement, Nadia has experience in conducting analyses, facilitating workshops, strategic planning, business process design, and change management activities. Nadia has contributed to various projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness within organizations. Nadia holds a Bachelor's degree from Dalhousie University and completed their high school education at Queen Elizabeth High School.

Barrington Consulting’s primary focus is working with organizations to help strategize, plan, and implement change through its business and information technology consulting services. Headquartered in Nova Scotia, Canada, Barrington was created in January of 2004 and has grown to over 50 professional, full time consultants delivering exceptional services to its clients. To better serve both its regional and international clients, Barrington established offices in New Brunswick, Canada, and Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago in 2008 and 2010 respectively, and St. John's Newfoundland in 2017.
