Brittany Krzyzanowski, PhD, is currently serving as a Research Assistant Professor at Barrow Neurological Institute since August 2023. Previously, Brittany held the position of Postdoctoral Researcher at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis from August 2021 to August 2022. With extensive teaching experience at the University of Minnesota from January 2015 to July 2021, Brittany also took on roles as Course Instructor for GEOG1502, Lab Instructor for GIS5571, and Teaching Assistant for GIS1600. Brittany's research experience includes positions as a Research Assistant in the Geography Department at the University of Minnesota and in the Psychology Department at Central Michigan University, where independent experiment design, data collection, and statistical analysis were key responsibilities. Brittany earned a PhD in Geography from the University of Minnesota (2014-2021), an MS in Experimental Psychology from Central Michigan University (2011-2013), and a BA in Psychology from Winona State University (2007-2011).
