Anna Usacheva

Anna Usacheva is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in inventory management and planning. Currently serving as a Global Supply Chain Project Manager at Barry Callebaut Group since February 2023, Anna is involved in developing a Global Inventory Strategy, enhancing stock health management, and achieving significant DIO reduction and service level improvements. Previously, at Bacardi as a Supply Chain Innovation Planner, and at Levi Strauss & Co. in various analytical roles, Anna focused on optimizing inventory deployment, enhancing profitability, and executing markdown activities. Educationally, Anna holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from KU Leuven and a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation. Anna's career began with an internship at Adidas Group, where foundational skills in marketing and logistics were developed.
