Dziedzorm Gbena

Dziedzorm Gbena possesses extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement within the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Regional CI Lead for Africa at Barry Callebaut Group since November 2016, Dziedzorm is responsible for implementing Lean Continuous Improvement methodologies across various plants. Previously, at Nestlé Ghana Limited, Dziedzorm held the roles of E&T Pillar Lead and Production Supervisor, focusing on skill development, process efficiency, and managing production teams. Early career experiences included student industrial attachments at Tema Oil Refinery and Cocoa Processing Company, where Dziedzorm contributed to quality control and assurance measures. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Additionally, Dziedzorm has received training in Six Sigma and various ISO auditing certifications.
