Evans Barnes

Evans Barnes is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager for Barry Callebaut Group, specializing in data-driven decision-making and impact measurement for sustainability initiatives across Africa since October 2021. Prior to this role, Evans served as a Regional Data Insight Specialist at ECOM Trading, where data management strategies were implemented to enhance business decision-making in Ghana and Ivory Coast. Previous positions include Data Insights Manager and Business Performance Analyst, alongside earlier roles at SELL Foundation Ghana and Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Evans holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Mysore and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
