Irina Nebylitsyna has held various sales and management roles throughout their career. Irina is currently the Head of Sales Key Accounts at Barry Callebaut Group, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Consumer Goods Division at Omya Algol Russia from April 2020 to October 2020. Irina has also held positions at Tate & Lyle, Puratos, Symrise GmbH, Cargill, Cerestar, Eridania - Beghin-Say Group, Nosta Metalhandels / Griff Warenhandels GmbH, and BNP-Dreznder Bank Rossija. Irina'sexperience spans industries such as chemicals, food, paper, corrugating, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and banking. Notable roles include Managing Director Tate & Lyle CIS, Regional Sales and Technical Director Russia & CIS at Tate & Lyle, and Business Development Manager at Cargill and Cerestar.

Irina Nebylitsyna completed their education at various prestigious institutions. From 2008 to 2010, they attended the Stockholm School of Economics, where they earned an Executive MBA degree in General Management. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, Irina pursued postgraduate studies in Macroeconomics and Economical Theory at Saint Petersburg State University. Irina had previously completed a Master's degree in Economics and Economical Theory at the same university, from 1989 to 1994. Additionally, in 1992-1993, they had the opportunity to study as an exchange student at the University of Hamburg, focusing on Macroeconomics.
