Jean-Claude Mesman possesses over 30 years of professional experience in the culinary and food industry. Currently serving as Technical Sales Manager for Decorations BNL & Nordics and Sales Lead for 3D Studio at Barry Callebaut Group since November 2017, Jean-Claude previously held roles as Business Development Manager for 3D Decorations Western Europe and Business Development Manager for Benelux within the same organization. Prior to this, Jean-Claude gained valuable experience as Purchase Manager for Convenience Food at Solucious @ Colruyt Group and as Managing Director at MVM-Foodconsult, a consultancy founded to provide strategic food consultancy services.
