Luis Concepcion

Luis Concepcion has a diverse work experience. Luis started their career as a Job Readiness & Digital Literacy Instructor at Central States SER in 2014. Luis then went on to work as a Youth Employment Specialist and an Employment Coach and Income Support Specialist at the same organization. In 2017, they joined National Able Network as a Career Coach and later as a Workforce Services Liaison/Navigator. Luis also worked at Barry Callebaut Group as a Master Data Administrator, where they supported business operations and facilitated trainings. Luis then progressed to roles including Sales Operations Manager for Corporate Accounts and Lead Sales Operations Manager for FM NATIONAL - WEST COAST and Team Lead for Sales Operations Manager - West & Central West. Throughout their career, Luis has gained experience in areas such as data analysis, team supervision, and customer support.

Luis Concepcion holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Trinity College-Hartford, obtained between 2009 and 2013. Luis recently completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Data Analytics at Southeastern Oklahoma State University from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Inventory Management Foundations and Six Skills to Develop Cultural Agility from LinkedIn in 2022.
