Nina Häberling's work experience begins in 2000 with internships at Deutsche Bank in the field of Human Resources and Recruitment. In 2001, they completed another internship at Deutsche Bank, this time in Human Resources International. Nina then joined L'Oréal in 2002 for an internship in Communications & Marketing. In 2003, they joined SAVENCIA as a Junior Product Manager, later becoming a Product Manager until 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Lindt & Sprüngli as a Brand Manager. In 2011, Häberling joined IWC Schaffhausen as a Product Marketing Manager. Nina then progressed to Department Manager Product Management Marketing and finally became the Associate Director of Product Strategy & Heritage, where they were a member of the extended Executive Committee from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are a Senior Marketing Manager Switzerland/Global Brand Lead Carma at Barry Callebaut Group, starting in 2023.
Nina Häberling earned their MBA in Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit interkultureller Qualification from the University of Mannheim from 1998 to 2003. Nina also obtained a Double Diplôme/MBA in International Business Administration from ESSEC Business School in 2001 and 2002. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications including Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO U in 2022, Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from the University of Cambridge in 2022, and a MAS Theology of Christian Spirituality from Universität Freiburg in 2013.
