Rogerio Pacheco

Rogerio Pacheco has extensive experience in global supply chain management and manufacturing. Rogerio is currently working as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Barry Callebaut Group, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain Excellence at Mondelēz International from November 2021 to November 2022. At Mondelēz, they led a transformational journey focused on leadership development, people engagement, and the implementation of supply chain best practices.

Before joining Mondelēz, Rogerio worked at Danone as the Operations Director for the Medical Nutrition business, overseeing new product innovation, demand and supply planning, manufacturing, global logistics, and customer service. Rogerio'stime at Danone spanned from August 2006 to April 2013.

Rogerio's earlier experience includes roles at Unilever and Unilever Bestfoods, where they served as Works Director and European TPM Leader, respectively. Rogerio also held positions as TPM Manager and Production Manager at Unilever Bestfoods.

Rogerio Pacheco has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they obtained between 1985 and 1990. Rogerio also attended Cranfield School of Management in 2002 and Vanderbilt University from 1998 to 1999, where they completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they pursued an Executive Development program in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Cranfield School of Management in 2002.
