Stefano Cominato

Stefano Cominato is an experienced professional in the foodservice and sales sectors, currently serving as the Key Account & Horeca Sales Manager for Barry Callebaut since January 2010. In this role, Stefano is responsible for managing the HoReCa business in Italy and overseeing key account customers while collaborating with the European key account committee. Prior to this, Stefano held significant positions at Granarolo S.p.A. as Foodservice Manager, where an €80 million foodservice business was implemented, at PreGel Spa as Sales Manager Foodservice, managing the Italian salesforce, and at Nestlé Professional, where a long career involved various roles in sales and marketing, including the launch of the Davigel line in Italy. Education was completed at Nestlé University.
