Tim Pratt

Tim Pratt serves as the Senior Director of Group Accounting & External Reporting at Sonova Group since June 2024, overseeing the Group's accounting and reporting team and managing both internal and external financial reporting. Previously, Tim held senior accounting and reporting roles at Barry Callebaut Group, where responsibilities included leading teams across multiple regions, managing external auditor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of financial reports. Tim's experience also spans significant positions at Novartis, EDF Energy, and KPMG, with a strong background in financial reporting, accounting standards, and team leadership. Tim holds a BA/BComm from La Trobe University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
