Victoria Gazzo

Victoria Gazzo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Victoria joined Barry Callebaut Group in 2015 and currently holds the position of VP, HR Global Cocoa. Prior to this role, they served as VP Talent Acquisition & Digital HR and Global Head of Talent Acquisition. During their time at Barry Callebaut Group, Victoria led the Data Management & analytics CoE activities, improved HR reporting processes, and provided analytics and insights to executive committee members. Victoria also played a key role in designing and improving global HR processes and tools, implementing data governance, and developing best practices for tracking and reporting on key people data.

Before joining Barry Callebaut Group, Victoria worked at Panalpina as a Global HR Systems Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for rolling out and upgrading corporate platforms and technology to support global HR processes. Victoria also introduced comparative reports, designed training programs, and ensured global process alignment and compliance with corporate policies.

Prior to Panalpina, Victoria was an Executive MBA / Global Recruiter at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and a Performance Analyst at Accor. Victoria began their career at Tenaris as a Planning Analyst, where they contributed to global reporting projects within HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
