Rachel Schroeder

Rachel Schroeder is a seasoned professional with a robust background in human resources and talent development. As the Professional Development Leader at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group since July 2022, Rachel has enhanced organizational growth and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Rachel served as the Sr. Advisor for the Global University Recruiting Program at Dell Technologies from August 2021 to July 2022 and held various positions at U.S. Bank, including Sr. Campus Program Manager. Rachel's early career included roles at Barry-Wehmiller Design Group as a Culture and People Development Administrator and at the YMCA of Greater St. Louis as Camp Director. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Southeast Missouri State University in 2015.
