Brian Rugland

Brian Rugland is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in various leadership roles within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Barry-Wehmiller in Fergus Falls since October 2018, Brian has also held significant positions as Value Stream Leader at both Barry-Wehmiller and Thiele Technologies. Brian's extensive career includes roles such as Operations Manager at FlexTM and Minnkota Windows, and Project Engineer at Thiele Technologies. A graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a B.S. in Operations Management, Brian also holds an A.A.S. in Industrial Maintenance from North Dakota State College of Science.
