Erika Schlechte

Erika Schlechte, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Organizational Development Business Partner and Human Resources Manager at Barry-Wehmiller since March 2021, Erika previously held various HR leadership roles at Eaton from February 2013 to March 2021, including HR Manager and Lead HR Business Partner for Customer Satisfaction and Operations. Prior experience includes positions as a Staffing/Recruiting Specialist at Guardian Healthcare Providers, a Staffing Coordinator at VNA-TIP HealthCare, and an Academic Advisor at Harris-Stowe State University. Erika began their career as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Speech Communication at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where Erika also earned a Master of Arts in Communication.
