Paul Lapreziosa

Paul Lapreziosa has been with Barry-Wehmiller since June 2007, where currently serving as Senior Director of People Development. In this role, Paul aligns organizational practices in Talent Management, Learning, and Culture to support a robust and equitable workplace culture. Paul has held various leadership positions at Barry-Wehmiller, including Director of Organizational Development, Director of Barry-Wehmiller University, and Senior Project Leader. Prior to their tenure at Barry-Wehmiller, Paul taught 9th-grade English at Saint Louis Public Schools from August 2005 to June 2007. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from Boston College, earned in 2005.
