Victor Self has extensive work experience in the fitness industry. Victor began their career at Flywheel Sports in 2013, where they served as the National Director of Innovation and Experience for their Wheel department until 2019. In 2020, they joined Barry's as the Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. Victor quickly advanced to the role of Senior Vice President in 2021.
Victor Self earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1992. In 2019, they obtained an Executive Certificate in Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
