Etamar Bhastekar

Etamar Bhastekar is an experienced professional currently serving as a Transportation Planner at Barshai Transportation Information Routes and a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Michigan School of Kinesiology, focusing on the impact of large sports venues on downtown redevelopment. Previously, Etamar has held various roles including Track and Field Coach at Maccabi Tel Aviv, Operations Manager at Maccabi Tel Aviv Sports Club, and Training for Water Negotiation and Diplomacy at EcoPeace Middle East. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO at the Israeli Athletics Association and as a Graduate Intern at Arkansas State University, where assistance was provided in track and field operations and coaching. Etamar also led the Student-Athletes Across Borders initiative at the University of Arkansas.
