Vladimir Shrayber is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in train control systems and project management. Since October 1996, Vladimir has served as Principal Train Control Engineer at BART and Bay Area Rapid Transit District, leading project teams in the implementation of train control projects and facilitating strategy workshops for process improvement. Prior to this, Vladimir held the position of Lead Project Engineer at United Can Company, overseeing project planning and design for food production equipment, and served as Maintenance Supervisor at Locomotive, where responsibilities included troubleshooting locomotives and high voltage electrical systems. Vladimir holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Railroad Transport University, completed between 1980 and 1985.
