Chris Barsness is a seasoned corporate and securities attorney with extensive experience dating back to 2002. Currently serving as a Corporate & Securities Partner at Patel Law Group and as Senior Counsel at both YADEGAR LAW PC and BarthCalderon, LLP, Chris specializes in M&A, securities, and intellectual property matters. As the Founder of Warrior Investment Funds, a venture capital firm focused on fitness and wellness investments, Chris combines legal expertise with entrepreneurial ventures. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at BioGold Fuels Corp., where responsibilities included corporate governance and SEC compliance, and Corporate Counsel at Auriga Laboratories, managing legal affairs and finance. Chris holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Management and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, along with a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University.
