Kristy Ford has had a long and successful career in education, with over 35 years of experience. Kristy served as the Chief Academic Officer, Interim at Bartlett City Schools, where they demonstrated strong leadership and collaboration skills. Prior to that, they worked as the Elementary Instructional Supervisor at the same company. Before joining Bartlett City Schools, Kristy was a Literacy Advisor K-12 at Shelby County Schools, where they provided valuable guidance and support. Kristy also held various roles at Oswego Community Unit School District, Indian Prairie School District, Carrolton-Farmer's Branch Independent School District, and Abilene ISD, where they showcased their expertise and dedication to student success.
Kristy Ford obtained a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Texas Woman's University from 1988 to 1992. Kristy also pursued a degree in Administration at Christian Brothers University from 2010 to 2011, with a focus on Educational Leadership and Administration, General. In addition, Kristy has an additional certification in English as a Second Language from Texas Woman's University, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
