Russell Harder

Russell Harder is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Project Executive at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors since August 2005, where responsibilities also included the role of Senior Project Manager. Prior to this, Russell worked as a Project Engineer at Browning Construction from August 2004 to August 2005. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and is certified as an Associate Constructor by the American Institute of Constructors. Additionally, Russell has completed the OSHA 30-hour course and possesses proficiency in Constructware and Microsoft Office software.
