Ashley George

Ashley (Lucy) George is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and executive support roles. Currently serving as Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Enrollment Management and the Vice President of Admissions at Hope College since February 2023, Ashley's prior roles include Project Coordinator at Gorilla Group and Executive Team Coordinator at CURE International, Inc. In addition, Ashley has served as a City Alderman for the City of St. Charles, Illinois, and held the position of Emergency Management Specialist with FEMA. Early in the career, Ashley gained valuable experience as a Marketing and Communications Intern at the Children's Advocacy Center-Ottawa County and as a Compliance Intern at Calamos Investments. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communication from Hope College, where involvement included research focusing on economic development in Tanzania.
