Damon Palmer

Damon Palmer currently serves as the Executive Project Assistant at BestSelf Behavioral Health, providing vital support to the Executive Leadership Team and VP’s, including planning meetings and submitting quarterly reports to the Erie County Department of Mental Health. Previously, Damon held the position of Chief of Staff to Masten District Council Member Ulysees O. Wingo, Sr. at the City of Buffalo, overseeing office operations and legislation. Experience also includes serving as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Buffalo Common Council, managing staff and coordinating the processing of time sheets and budgets. Earlier roles include Legislative Aide at the Buffalo City Clerk's office, Compliance Analyst at Citi, Team Specialist at KeyBank, and Client Services Representative at M&T Bank. Education was completed at Buffalo State University.
