Nick DiMascio

President, BHI Energy Radiation Protection Services at Bartlett Holdings, Inc.

Nick DiMascio is President of BHI’s Radiation Protection Services, with responsibility for the overall execution and administration of BHI’s commercial and government radiation protection solutions and services. This includes the commercial nuclear power generating facilities in the United States and Canada, government facilities in the United States and Canada, and the Decommissioning Services in both of these sectors. Nick also serves as the Executive Vice President of BHI Energy Canada, where he oversees contract support services to the Canadian National Laboratory (CNL) and Ontario Power Group (OPG) facilities.

He has worked in the nuclear industry for over 40 years, with a career encompassing commercial nuclear power plants, design engineering and nuclear services. He has held senior management positions at two United States commercial nuclear power plants. Prior to joining BHI in 1991, Nick worked as a Radiation Protection Manager with Boston Edison. He also served as Radiological Controls Division Manager with Long Island Lighting Company, where he spent 11 years.

He holds an BS in Radiological Sciences from the University of Massachusetts. He has taken numerous courses in Reactor Radiochemistry, Health Physics Technology, Emergency Response, Planning for Nuclear Emergencies, Leadership, and RP Management Workshops. He earned his American Board of Health Physics Certification 1.

Nick is a member of the DOE Energy Facility Contractors Group, serving on the Board of Directors from 2011 to 2013.
