Keith Kempker

Keith Kempker has extensive experience in design and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Designer at Bartlett & West since May 1997, where responsibilities include water and wastewater projects, surveying, GIS, construction inspection, and administration. Proficient in Civil 3D, ArcGIS, WaterCAD, and WaterGems, Keith Kempker previously worked part-time at Tharp Lumber, assisting with kitchen layouts and house plans, while gaining customer service experience. Keith Kempker holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Design Drafting from Linn State Technical College, completed between 1995 and 2007.
