Richard I. Koval

Richard Koval has extensive experience in electrical engineering, currently serving as the Regional Technical Director - Electrical and Director of Electrical Engineering at Barton Associates, Inc. since April 2013. Prior to this role, Richard Koval worked as an Electrical Engineer at Ling Partnership from November 1999 to March 2013, and as an Electrical Designer at H.F. Lenz Company from July 1998 to September 1999. Richard Koval holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 1998.
