John Harroff currently serves as a Board Member at Health-E Commerce and Barton Associates Inc., and has held the position of Managing Director at H.I.G. Capital since 2014. Alongside these roles, John serves on the boards of Windows USA, Empower AI, Empire Today, United States Medical Supply, Lexmark Carpet, and previously Big Tex Trailers. Early professional experience includes a role as a Summer Associate at Essex Woodlands in 2013. John holds an MBA in Health Care Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Brown University.
