Dr. Armstrong Dadson

Adjunct Professor at Barton College

Dr. Armstrong Dadson, DNP, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, CDP, currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Barton College and is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Oak Street Health and Spectrum Medical Care, Inc. With a diverse background in healthcare, Dr. Dadson has held various roles including Clinical Nurse and Law Enforcement Officer with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and Clinical Unit Nurse Manager at Central Regional Hospital. Educationally, Dr. Dadson holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from East Carolina University and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Walden University, in addition to an Associate Degree in Nursing from Durham Technical Community College and a Bachelor's in Tourism & Hospitality Management from the University of Cape Coast. Prior experience also includes management roles in the tourism sector and contributions to eco-tourism development.
